Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the parts you receive, you may return them for a refund. This guarantee is good for 30 days from the invoice date. See the "Returns" section shown below for additional terms and conditions.

Pricing
Pricing shown is subject to change and subject to stock on hand. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, MACROMOTIVE.COM reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and subsequently cancelled due to a price error, MACROMOTIVE.COM shall issue a credit to your credit card.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of Arizona will be charged and have withheld a 7.95% sales tax. Sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Arizona is not charged or withheld and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation and Changes
Orders designated as "OPEN" can be cancelled online by loging into "My Account" and selecting the "My Orders" tab. Upon cancelling, an email will be sent confirming the order cancellation. Orders that are designated as "IN PROCESS" may not be cancelled online. For assistance in determining whether an "IN PROCESS" order is available for cancellation, contact one of our customer service representatives via telephone at (800) 947-7007 or (480) 443-3515.

To change any information on an "OPEN" or "IN PROCESS" order, please contact a customer service representative via telephone for assistance. Orders can not be cancelled or changed via email. Email correspondence is to be used for general order or product information requests only. Completion of an order cancellation or change request sent via email will not be guaranteed! Please contact a customer service representative via telephone at (800) 947-7007, (480) 443-3515 for all order cancellation or change requests.

Returns
Before returning any parts, contact a customer service representative at (800) 947-7007, (480) 443-3515 or send an e-mail to service@macromotive.com to request an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization number. This RGA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice and returned to the "Merchandise Return Address" shown below. Parts returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund less a 25%-50% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days from the invoice date. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, not be damaged or installed and must be in resellable condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a reboxing fee in addition to the 25%-50% restocking fee. Purchases of parts designated as "Non-Returnable" on the product information page are final and cannot be returned. Additional conditions apply to Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping returns as outlined in the following sections.

Free Shipping Returns, Warranty & Exchanges
Customer returns for parts that received free shipping will have the actual outbound shipping charges incurred by Macromotive.com deducted from the refund. Replacement parts shipped out for warranty or exchanges do not qualify to receive free shipping and will be billed at the actual shipping charges incurred by Macromotive.com.

Flat Rate Shipping Returns, Warranty & Exchanges
In the event that the flat rate shipping charge is less than the actual shipping charges, Customer returns for parts that received flat rate shipping will have the difference between the actual outbound shipping charges incurred by Macromotive.com and the flat rate shipping charge deducted from the refund. Replacement parts shipped out for warranty or exchanges do not qualify to receive the flat rate shipping charge and will be billed at the actual shipping charges incurred by Macromotive.com.

Online Shipping Estimator and Shipping Charges
The online shipping estimator and shipping calculator used to calculate shipping charges prior to and at the time of purchase are shipping estimates only and actual invoiced shipping charges may vary. If the shipping charge difference is greater than $10 then you will be contacted via phone or email to notify you of the price difference otherwise the shipping charges will automatically be adjusted without notification if the price difference is $10 or less. Also note that some items list a flat rate shipping charge in the product description. In this case the shipping charges will be adjusted to the flate rate shipping charge listed in the product description without notification regardless of the shipping difference. Macromotive.com has always and shall continue to make efforts keep your shipping charges as low as possible but due the varying sizes, dimension and other criteria set by the shipping carriers it is nearly impossible to have a guaranteed shipping charge on all items at the time of order checkout.

Warranty
All merchandise we sell is subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty & Restrictions. In most cases we are authorized by the manufacturer to handle or assist with warranty claims directly. Warranty claims will cover replacement or repair of the parts only and will not cover labor/installation charges, damages or shipping charges. Back Ordered & Drop Shipped Parts
We make every effort to have all parts available for immediate shipment. In the event that part of your order is on Back Order, we will ship the available parts and you will be notified by phone or e-mail if any items are on Back Order and be given the estimated delivery time.

If any parts you order are out of stock in our warehouse, to save time, we will often have them Drop Shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If an item is being Drop Shipped it will be denoted in the body of your invoice.

Shipping Damage Claims
Shipping damage must be reported to your local UPS office or delivering freight company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your damage claim, please contact one of our customer service representatives at (800) 947-7007, (480) 443-3515 or send an e-mail to service@macromotive.com for assistance.
